How are orders delivered?

Orders are delivered by carrier. If there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address, a notice in the mailbox will be left and remain deposited in the carrier will contact the customer via phone and combine the best time to be delivered.

 

How can I order online?

Browse the site to the page that displays the product you wish to buy.

Click on the product image, choose the available size (shoes) and then add to cart.

Which payment methods we practice?

The payment methods we practice are bank transfer via IBAN or payment upon pickup.

Once payment by bank transfer is made, sends the confirmation of the transfer by e-mail and the order will be immediately dispatched.

If you want to opt for one of the other payment methods such as sending the collection you'll have to provide all your details to proceed with the delivery in their address and then pay to the carrier.

 

Can I change an order?

You will have to enter as soon as possible contact us and we will proceed the desired change if the order has not yet been processed.

 

What is the cost of transportation?

The shipping cost is the same for anywhere in continental Portugal, and 4.50 eur per box according to the number of articles (weight) of the order
